We would not hesitate to use 1st Time Fix again. After having troubles with a few of our radiators, Stephen first came out to look at the issues before arranging a day to come and complete the job. Stephen completed the job thoroughly, at a very reasonable price, a very clean worker and contacted us after completion to ensure everything was working correctly.
The engineer came the following day to fix our boiler and completed the work with a friendly and professional approach. We will use 1st Time Fix every time.

I turned to this company in desperation as the company that fitted our new boiler never came to service it, despite me contacting them numerous times. After my initial contact this company replied very quickly stating yes they could service it and we arranged an appointment. They arrived on time and were friendly and efficient and emailed the certificate promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Installed my boiler and have serviced for the last two years. Great service when fitting, managed to fit me in as an emergency on a Saturday, as it was very cold in the winter with no heating. No problems whatsoever, I highly recommend!
